I wonder why all the guys so far who send me a flower are from far away places?

Just because they are far away, does not mean they do not like what they see or read. Some send flowers as a compliment to you and to let you know they took notice.

I hear you and it bothers me that they are all so much younger too.

blues moping Hey Hollandgirl, sent you a flower not because I'm far away but because I like reading your posts.
I'm not a spring chicken but I am hoping to get to know a lady near me in my age range. Not sure if the flowering works though, I've sent a few, some have been far away but I've sent them 'cause I liked their look or profile or both. Not sure if it does any good, as I don't get even a "Thanks alot" out of the deal! But, us tired of being alone keep on trying.
